Colorado is a "blue state" and therefore Kamala Harris is guaranteed to win the state’s electoral votes. This allows us to vote third-party without the fear of a “wasted” vote, and send a clear message to the Democratic Party about their support for the genocide in Palestine. We encourage Colorado Muslims to vote for third-party candidates Jill Stein and Butch Ware.

Given that the elected leadership did not oppose the genocide in Palestine, the Muslim votes are directed at their opponents. We are recommending the community vote for the following based on the district.

The list of recommendations below takes into account those who reached out to our community or signed onto a ceasefire letter as opposed to those who refused, despite being asked multiple times. Muslim votes are directed against incumbents who refused to sign on to the ceasefire letter. In those races where both candidates are new, and we are not aware of their stance on the genocide, we are not taking a position on the candidates. We are recommending the community vote for the following candidates:
